Manage Your Pet’s Care Through Vello

For current clients, you can manage your pet’s care through the Vello app and portal. You can view upcoming appointments and reminders, access vaccination history, request prescription refills, and book appointments, all from one place.

New to Pawtown Veterinary Care?

For new clients, you can add you and your pet’s information into Vello, which will allow you to book an appointment to establish care with us. If you have not already submitted a new client form, please fill one out prior to requesting an appointment through our new client form.

Two-Way Texting for Quick Questions

For nonurgent questions or quick support, we provide two-way text message capabilities. You can text us at (541) 952-3793. You can also use this number to send photos and videos directly to us, allowing us to review minor concerns or share follow-up details without a phone call needed.

Text messages are only reviewed and answered during normal business hours.
